Founded in 2009, India Thowheed Jamaath Trust (INTJ) is a prominent non-governmental organization committed to improving the lives of underprivileged and marginalized communities across India.

SM Backer, the pioneering founder and renowned philanthropist behind India Thowheed Jamaath Trust (INTJ), dedicated his life to uplifting marginalized and underprivileged communities across India. His mission was grounded in compassion, equality, and empowerment, extending far beyond providing immediate relief to focus on creating long-term, sustainable change. Through INTJ, he addressed the root causes of poverty by promoting education, healthcare, and social welfare, initiating vital programs such as orphanages, medical camps, disaster relief efforts, and educational scholarships. Even after his passing in 2024, SM Backer's legacy endures through INTJ's ongoing work; his philanthropic spirit continues to inspire the organization to build a just and equitable world, ensuring that no one is left behind.
